Federal Frenzy 2025

Penguin Productions at Youngstown State University is planning for the music and arts festival, Federal Frenzy. In its ELEVENTH year, Federal Frenzy will take place on Friday, April 25th from 4:00-10:30pm at Penguin City Brewing Company AND Saturday, April 26th from 2:00-11:00pm in Downtown Youngstown. The committee strives to fill the streets and buildings with vendors, live artistry, interactive activities, and performances by regional and national acts. Our indoor and outdoor stages will feature live musical performances from YSU student, faculty, staff, and alumni acts. The event is free and open to the public. 

Federal Frenzy is more than a festival, it’s an opportunity to bring the various facets of the community together. One of our goals is to create engagement opportunities for our campus and the greater Youngstown community. We would like to invite YOU to join us in making the ELEVENTH FEDERAL FRENZY FANTASTIC.
